Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience managing high-volume retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
  • Handle chargebacks from start to finish, including research, dispute resolution, and recovery
  • Work directly with big box retailers to manage deductions, compliance requirements, and account discrepancies
  • Monitor aging reports and drive collections on outstanding balances
  • Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track AR performance and support process improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with big box retailers (Walmart, Target, etc.)
  • Strong background in chargebacks and deductions management
  • Solid understanding of AR processes and account reconciliation
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to start quickly / immediately available preferred
